Our process
Our recycling Process is based on three main stages
Plastic Waste Shredding First
Plastic waste shredding is the process of cutting plastic materials into smaller pieces for easier handling and recycling.
It helps reduce waste volume and prepares plastics for further processing or reuse.
Automatic Washing Stage With Chemicals and Hot Water
The automatic washing stage uses chemicals and hot water to thoroughly clean shredded plastic pieces.
This step removes dirt, labels, and contaminants, ensuring the material is ready for high-quality recycling.
Plastic Extraction as Raw Material
Plastic extraction as raw material involves processing cleaned and shredded plastic into reusable forms.
This recycled plastic is then converted into raw materials used for manufacturing new plastic products.
